1. Introduction and Definitions

2. Account Rules, Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 An individual applying for registration warrants and represents that any information provided in its application form is true and correct. Full name, email, residence address and phone number must be real and possible to be verified, if requested.
For account verification The Company will request: Client's ID for age verification (players under 18 years are not accepted), proof of residence, valid e-mail address, and proof of ownership of payment method.

2.9 Wagers are only accepted if adequate funds are in the Account.

2.12 The Company reserves the right to charge withdrawal fees for administrative costs.

3. Standard Promotional Terms
3.1 These Standard Promotional Terms apply to all promotional offers and form a legal agreement with any Specific Promotional Terms.
3.2 In case of conflict, Specific Promotional Terms prevail over Standard Promotional Terms.
3.3 Participation is limited to one per person, family, household, address or organization unless otherwise indicated.
3.4 Withdrawing funds with unreleased bonuses forfeits the bonus and any winnings from it.
3.5 Irregular playing patterns to exploit bonuses (low margin betting, equal betting, zero risk bets) may result in prevention of cashout and withholding of winnings.
4. Sports Betting Rules
4.1.1 Markets are settled once determined. Events not started on time may be kept open if they start within 48 hours. Abandoned events may have all bets voided.

4.2 Scorer bets apply to regular time only. First/Last/Anytime Goalscorer rules apply as specified.
4.3 Bets are not valid until shown in bet history.
4.4 The Company assumes no liability for correctness of live scores and results.
4.5 Only results achieved on the playing field are accepted. Maximum winnings per betslip: EUR 25,000. Maximum winnings per client per week: EUR 20,000.
4.6 System automatically updates odds before confirmation.
4.7 Clients may not combine related bets on the same event.
4.8 Cash-Out feature may be offered but is not guaranteed to always be available.
5. Casino, Live Casino & Games Rules
5.1.1 All casino bets are placed on 3rd party provider servers. The Company is licensed to represent and market these games.
